Nervous System Reset and Sound Bath

Join Cyndi Miracle and Hannah Craft for a delicious evening of nourishment for the nervous system. The event will begin with a grounding and clearing meditation, moving into intentional breath practices, followed by gentle, restorative yin postures, with optional hands on reiki and masssage. We will seal in all the restorative goodness with a magical sound bath by Cyndi. You will leave feeling ever so calm, sparkly, and energeticly brand new.
