We’re excited to announce our plans for “Dinner in the Garden” this year!
We are teaming up with The Modern Hotel & Bar, and Molly’s Garlic Goddess Seasonings to do a fun dinner series this Summer!
Three dinners in three different locations!
This first dinner will be at The Modern in Downtown Boise on Thursday June 19th!
The second dinner will be at Molly’s house in West Boise on Saturday, August 2nd!
And the final dinner will be at our farm in Emmett on Saturday, August 30th!
All the dinners will have unique Farm to Table menus created and prepared by Chef Kelly Grindstaff from The Modern Hotel & Bar using produce from our farm, and from several of our friends’ farms and local businesses, and will include special drink parings from The Modern Bar with each dish.
For the August 2nd dinner at Molly‘s we will be pairing dishes with delicious beers from Brown Beard Brewing and ciders from Meriweather Cider!
And for the dinner at the farm in Emmett on August 30th, we will be pairing dishes with wonderful Wines from Split Rail Winery!
These dinners are a fun way to celebrate the great things about Idaho, and the many small businesses and individuals that make our local communities amazing to be a part of!
Farm to Table, is a concept that brings the best of many people’s efforts together, for an unforgettable experience, not to be missed!
