This is our MAIN FUNDRAISER of the year, RAFFLE BASKETS, DOOR PRIZES, GOODY BAGS, GAMES AND LOTS OF FUN and SOCIAL CRAFT TIME !!!
Early Set Up - Thursday July 24 between 3 and 7 for $5 donation
PARKING – We will have designated HANDICAPPED parking spaces in front of the building (handicap placard required)
Help will be available to assist with bring in your supplies, if you need / want.
LUNCHES Fri and Sat BYOL (bring your own lunch, refrigerators and microwaves available)
DINNER - FRIDAY (included)- TACO BAR, a drink and ice cream bar
DINNER - SATURDAY - RED ROBIN - You will order from their catering menu, (at your work space) choose from burgers, salads, wraps, pizza and more. You will need to pay by Friday at 430. Vegan and gluten free options
SNACK table - CINNAMON ROLLS $3.50, COOKIES $2.50,- $1 vegetables/dip, trail mix, misc candy - chips- cheese, crackers, peanut butter and more, water - soda - milk
NO SWAP TABLE –Due to limited space, we can not have swap table, save your goodies for November - So Sorry.
