Collaborating with the Boise River Cold Plunge Group, to do a river plunge and talk about the benefits of cold plunging followed by a mental health dialogue. You do not have to cold plunge if you do not want to, if you would rather just participate in the mental health dialogue that is fine. Bring swimwear and a towel.
