Community Reiki

I welcome you to a special Community Reiki experience at the Boise Acupuncture Co-Op (BAC), held in a nurturing and supportive setting.

My name is Cristina, and I am a Reiki Master and Certified Stone Medicine Practitioner.

Reiki is a gentle, hands-on (or just above the body) energy healing practice through which attuned practitioners channel universal life force energy. This process activates the body’s innate healing abilities, supports emotional balance, and empowers personal intention.

Reiki is known to promote deep relaxation, improve sleep, reduce stress, and manifest overall well-being and inner equanimity.
