Community Reiki

I warmly invite you to join me in a nurturing community setting at the Boise Acupuncture Co-Op (BAC) for an affordable healing experience. My name is Cristina, and I am a Reiki Master.

Reiki is an energy channeling technique in which trained reiki practitioners hold their hands lightly on or over the body, transmitting life force energy, activating the body’s natural healing process and empowering intention. Reiki has been shown to induce deep relaxation, improve sleep, reduce stress, and improve overall well being.
