On Saturday, May 4th from 2–4 PM we’re gathering at Kristin Armstrong Municipal Park for another Cosmic Pulse Drum Circle—a space to move, breathe, play, and connect.

Whether you’ve been drumming for years or have never touched a drum in your life, you’re welcome here. This isn’t a performance—it’s an experience. We explore rhythm, vocal activation, breath, and movement as tools to ground, release, and tune into what’s real.
