We are excited to announce the AAICAMA 2025 Conference! The conference dates are May 20th – 22nd, 2025 and the location is the beautiful, mountain-view city of Boise, Idaho. The location serves our more western states- we have not been this far west since Oakland, CA in 2016! - and the venue provides many amenities.

• The venue is The Grove Hotel in downtown Boise. Please click for a preview of the hotel, the conference venue, and the surrounding beauty of urban Boise.
• The Grove Hotel is centrally located, completely walkable, and in a college town with a host of activities, restaurants, and beautiful scenery within easy reach.

Collaborative Excellence AAICAMA Conf25: Please join us in support of the Compact and the children it serves through the exchange of ideas and celebration of permanency, that is an AAICAMA Conference!

AAICAMA Conf25 will focus on workforce, wellbeing, and moving forward. We will educate and train on the ICAMA System hosted on the eCare Vault platform. We will discuss state practice issues and work together to develop model practices to uniformly use the ICAMA System and inform state efforts to administer the Title IV-E and Medicaid programs that meet the special needs of the children we serve.

• To promote and support attendance at Conf25, AAICAMA has created a Conference Attendance Letter. This letter has been sent to the states in an All-State Memo email and will continue to be sent in promotion emails for Conf25.
• If needed, please contact the AAICAMA National Office for a template of the letter that your state can tailor to substantiate your participation and secure approval for your attendance.

HOTEL RESERVATION AND INFORMATION: A block of hotel rooms has been reserved for AAICAMA at The Grove Hotel at the federal, per diem rate on a first-come, first-served basis. Space is limited. Additional hotels are available near the venue for overflow. Please make your hotel reservation as soon as possible and no later than April 18, 2025.

Hotel Rate: Basic rate (federal per diem), applicable tax, and the grand total.

$167 hotel rate + (6% sales tax + 2% state tourism tax + 5% auditorium district tax) Total = $188.71.

MAKING HOTEL RESERVATIONS: A dedicated website is now available for AAICAMA Conf25 attendees to book their hotel rooms online. Reservations can be made starting Tuesday, November 5th, 2024, at the following web address. NOTE: Reservations must be made by Friday, April 18th, 2025, to secure the AAICAMA room block rate.

AAICAMA Conference Registration Fees include:

• Full, two-and-a-half-day Conference Program (see Preliminary Agenda, below)
• Hot, buffet-style breakfast, lunch, and AM & PM snack breaks
• Opening Reception (a portion of total cost) on the evening of Tuesday, May 20th

January 13th to March 14th : General Registration $775

March 17th to May 16th : Late Registration $825

May 20th and May 21st : On-site registration $875
