π How to Do Toe Stand (Padangustasana):
Start in Tree Pose, with one foot resting on the inner thigh of the opposite leg.
Slowly bend the standing leg and lower yourself into a squat, balancing on the toes.
Keep your hands at your heart or lightly on the floor for balance.
Hold, smile, and snap a photo! πΈ
