Beginning Quilting Class

In this beginning quilting workshop, students will learn the basics of fabric, needles, and thread selection, as well as the mastering of rotary cutting, and the 1/4" seam allowance. Assembly of a variety of traditional blocks, adding borders, and squaring up a quilt top are all essentials of creating quilts worthy of being considered an heirloom or simply quilts upon which the entire family hosts movie nights or picnics. Students will complete the course with a finished quilt top along with confidence and support from the team at Sew It Fabulous to begin the next one.

Class is 5 Sessions, July 7 (at Sew It Fabulous), July 10, 17, 24, and 31 at 111 Canyon Ridge Dr., Boerne, Texas.
