Creative Workshop - swop new for upcycled Demin

A message from our group leader, Debbie

“In our session for the Green Week, the Creative Wellbeing Workshop will be swapping buying new for a recycled Denim project.

The denim industry generates a significant amount of waste through its production and consumption cycle. We will be recycling old jeans, denim jackets and a large amount of scraps donated to us. Then reusing them to make a large range of items including, jewellery, clothing, cushion covers, hats and bags. Denim is so diverse the list is endless!”

Join the group at 10am, £5 for the session. Bring your own denim or use resources from the group. No need to book, drop in.
