Namaste by the lake - yoga in the open air
We consciously use our breathing in targeted physical exercises and gain meditative experiences through tension and relaxation. Suitable for everyone - just come and join in! There is no entrance fee to the lido for the yoga session!TIMING: 8.00 am Meeting point "Gerti's" Strandbad Keutschach, Plaschischen 54, 9074 Keutschach DURATION: approx. 70 minutes TERMINALS: Every Friday from July 4 to August 29 (does not take place in rainy weather) EQUIPMENT REQUIRED: Comfortable clothing, exercise mat - if available!
