**Mandatory Tournament check in at 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM at Boardman Marina #1 West Marine Drive Boardman, Oregon 97818 (meeting place may move)
Mandatory Pre-Tournament meeting 5:00 PM at Boardman Marina #1 West Marine Drive Boardman, Oregon 97818
Liability waiver, sent via text
Complete your W9 form – must be completed before payments are made
Complete the WA mussel form
Bring your Tackle Warehouse receipts dated with 30 days of check in for a chance at the random $500 or $250 contingency prize*
Bring your Ford Fairfield receipt – $100 contingency awarded at the meeting, winners must be present*
Text draw (flights times will be announced at the meeting)
Competition Day 1 – Friday August 22, 2025
*5:30 AM Boat check opens at the BAM release boat (all boats must go through boat check and receive your official numbered boat float before starting the tournament)
*5:30 AM to 6:00 AM angler interviews with BAM Media
Blast off at safe light (time announced at the pre-tournament meeting)
Pre-game show with Mark Lassagne and Big Ed Everhart – Let’s talk fishing
Check in at the BAM Boat – 5 MPH buoy
Weigh in starts about 3 PM – Turn in your Numbered Boat Float
Interviews and pictures with the top weight and keeper count anglers
Competition Day 2 – “Cut Day” Saturday August 23, 2025
*5:30 AM Boat check opens at the BAM release boat (all boats must go through boat check and receive your official numbered boat float before starting the tournament)
*5:30 AM to 6:00 AM angler interviews with BAM Media
Blast off at safe light (time announced at the pre-tournament meeting)
Pre-game show with Mark Lassagne and Big Ed Everhart – Let’s talk fishing
Check in at the BAM Boat – 5 MPH buoy
Weigh in starts about 3 PM– Turn in your Numbered Boat Float
Top 10 announced after weighing in and scoring keepers (must be present see rule 15)
Award the Tackle Warehouse $500 contingency
Pay the field 11th place to the end of the money line
Interviews and pictures with the Top 10, TW contingency winner, the top weight and top keeper count anglers
Competition Day 3 – Championship Sunday August 24, 2025
*5:30 AM Boat check opens at the BAM release boat (all boats must go through boat check and receive your official numbered boat float before starting the tournament)
*5:30 AM to 6:00 AM angler interviews with BAM Media
Blast off at safe light (time announced at the pre-tournament meeting)
Pre-game show with Mark Lassagne and Big Ed Everhart – Let’s talk fishing
Check in at the BAM Boat – 5 MPH buoy
Weigh in starts about 3 PM– Turn in your Numbered Boat Float
Crown a Champion, award trophies and pay the field 1st to 10th
Award the Bass Boat Technologies $500 contingency
Award the BAM Super 60 Angler of the Year Trophy
Interviews and pictures with the top three winner the BBT and Bass Cat contingency winners
*Boat check unless otherwise announced will be each morning at the BAM Live Release boat (times will be announced at the pre-tournament meeting)
National anthem, morning blast off and afternoon check in will be at the 5 MPH buoy from the BAM boat.
*You must attend the pre-tournament meeting to be eligible for the Ford Fairfield and Tackle Warehouse contingencies.
** Any angler without expressed authorization to miss the meeting will be penalized 15 minutes of fishing time.
