Experiencing grief or loss can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to walk this path alone.
Inner Light Wellbeing CIC invites you to our Grief & Loss Peer Support Group in Blyth, created for anyone facing the challenges of losing a loved one, experiencing the end of a relationship, or navigating other significant life changes.
Join us every second Monday of the month for a nurturing space where you can share, listen, or simply be present. Our next session is this coming Monday, 10th of November 2025, from 11:00 AM to 12:30 PM at Briardale House, Blyth.
Enjoy a comforting cup of tea among understanding peers and start your journey toward healing in a caring community.
