Intro to Aerial Dance 4 Week Series

Are you ready to try Aerial Dance? Aerial Dance focuses on training the body to learn certain skills and tricks to fluidity to be able to find moments of creative expression. Classes will work on building strength, flexibility, conditioning, and will build upon foundational skills needed to be successful in the air using our aerial hammocks on spinners.

Absolutely no dance or aerial experience necessary! Aerial experience is not necessary, but some familiarity might help in aiding you to progress faster.

This will be offered as a 5 week series with NO OPTIONS to drop in as each class will be actively working on building and refining skills taught. Runs from 8/6-8/27

This is a completely noncompetitive atmosphere, as everyone works at their OWN PACE .

Please bring water to class, and wear form fitting clothes covering the back of your knees and midriff. NO JEWELRY will be allowed to be worn during classes.

*While this is an adult session, those 16+ are allowed to attend.

$120 for 4-week series
