Inside Flow: Music, Movement, and Community

Inside Flow is about movement and connection. It is learning to seamlessly blend your breath and movement to music to flow together as a group. The power of Inside Flow is the community who shows up ready to embrace the dance we create together, and we are so excited for you to join us!

Inside Flow is considered an evolution of vinyasa yoga. It focuses on the transitions from pose to pose to move continuously through a choreographed song.

In this 90 min class, Nadia Semenova will teach you the principals of Inside Flow and transitions, and teach us to move as group with our breath to the beat of the music. Movements will be slow and intentional with a lot of repetition which will help with transitions.

While this workshop is perfect for those new or experienced with Inside Flow, some general understanding of a vinyasa practice will definitely help as some transitions can be deemed very challenging.

Nadia Semenova is a 500 RTY International Yoga and Pilates coach with 17 years of experience. She loves meeting people from all over the world and sharing opportunities for this to live and experience a happy, healthy lifestyle.
