Aerial Yin

Join Jeannie at the studio for a special Aerial Yin class! This class utilizes our Aerial Hammocks just a couple inches off the floor. The majority of the class takes place seated or reclined and combines longer holds and more restorative yoga postures with the additional use of blocks and bolsters. Combining breath work with thoughtful movements, this class is perfect for creating space within your body for a total whole-body stretch.

This class is perfect for those looking for a good stretch, and experience with the aerial hammocks that does not involve leaving the ground!

Please bring a yoga mat and a water bottle. No aerial or yoga experience necessary. No jewelry will be allowed to be worn, please leave watches, bracelets, and rings at home.
