Candlelit Yin

Join Deborah the night before Thanksgiving for a special candlelit Yin class guaranteed to make you feel relaxed, rejuvenated, and ready for the holidays.

Yin is a practice which involves longer holds with a focus on releasing tension and stress, and stretching the connective tissues between the joints.

Options and modifications will be provided for all levels.
$24 drop in rate, or use any MF class pass or membership.
