We cook a range of smoked meats on our BBQ smokers which create a unique taste like no other you’ve tasted before!
Smoked meats such as- Portuguese style peri chicken, beef brisket, beef ribs, pork ribs, lamb ribs, lamb shanks sausages and more!
The ever so popular loaded fries- with either succulent pulled pork, tender beef brisket, chilli con carne or even veggies!
All our burgers definitely have the “OMG that’s a huge burger” reaction... made with either our sliced brisket, pulled pork or chicken. Burgers are a huge hit and are totally off the richter scales for taste, freshness and juiciness!
Not a meat eater? That's fine- we can cater for vegetarians too!!
We’re very well known for our super crunchy, tasty seasoned hot chips which has people raving on about the flavour for days! Keeping customers so addicted, they're coming back for more the next day!!
In our cooking, we use all our own handmade products and for that- we have unique house-made flavours that can’t be replicated. Good old fashioned cooking, done right with simple and fresh ingredients.
