Join us for a vibrant 4-hour ecstatic dance retreat, beginning with a cacao ceremony to awaken the heart and an hour of somatic activated healing to unlock the body’s natural energy. Together, we’ll journey into rhythm, movement, and connection—tapping into joy, freedom, and authentic expression. This is an invitation to move, release, and celebrate life through community, ceremony, and dance.

What’s Included:

🌱 Cacao Ceremony (1 Hour) – Open the afternoon with a heart-centered ritual, sipping on sacred cacao and setting intentions for the dance ahead. This gentle plant medicine deepens presence, connection, and joy.

✨ Somatic Activated Healing (1 Hour) – A guided practice that blends breath, affirmation, and movement to clear stagnant energy, regulate the nervous system, and awaken aliveness in the body.

💃 Ecstatic Dance (1.5 Hours) – Step into a free-form movement journey with a carefully curated playlist designed to take you through waves of energy. Dance your way into clarity, play, and embodied freedom.

🍉 Light Nourishment & Connection (.5 Hours) – Enjoy fresh fruit and light snacks as we close in community, grounding the energy and integrating the experience.
