The Circle – Guided Journeys for Inner Work - Return to Peace

Join us for The Circle—a welcoming and intentional space for anyone seeking reflection, connection, and personal growth. Each gathering offers guided meditation, open discussion, and gentle tools for inner work.

This session’s theme is Return to Peace—an exploration of how we manage worry, anxiety, and mental spirals that pull us away from the present moment. Together, we’ll work to quiet the “what-ifs,” settle the nervous system, and reconnect with the part of ourselves that already knows: You are okay. Everything is okay.

There’s no prep required, and nothing you need to bring—just come as you are.

Feel free to bring your favorite journal to jot down thoughts or help retain details.

We’ll be seated on the floor to encourage grounding and openness. Chairs will be available for anyone who prefers them.

Doors open at 6:30 PM. The session begins promptly at 6:45 PM.
