Stephanie Ho and Saar Ahuvia, known as DUO Stephanie and Saar, are an extraordinary piano duo celebrated for their visceral energy, artistic vision, and innovative performances. From their Lincoln Center debut with Stravinsky’s Rite of Spring to their collaboration on Frank Zappa’s The Yellow Shark, their artistry transcends boundaries and captivates audiences.
Their acclaimed recordings include Johann Sebastian Bach’s The Art of Fugue, praised for its depth and clarity, and Beethoven’s Quartets Op. 18 in rare four-hand arrangements. Stephanie and Saar have performed at prestigious venues such as Symphony Space, Smithsonian Museum of American Art, and New York City’s (le) poisson rouge, as well as international festivals including the Sarajevo Chamber Music Festival.
As artistic directors of Portland's Makrokosmos Project, they have brought American and contemporary music to life, earning critical acclaim for performances of works by George Crumb and world premieres by modern composers. Their dynamic partnership extends beyond music—they are avid outdoor adventurers and proud residents of New York City.

Their program will include Image by Germaine Tailleferre, Pieces Romantiques, Op. 55, by Cécile Chamanide, Sonata in B-flat major for piano four hands, D. 617, by Franz Schubert, Six Épigraphes Antiques by Claude Debussy, and the Petite Suite, also by Debussy.
