Intro to Hip Hop Dance: Pop, Lock, and Learn!

Perfect class to learn the basics of current Hip Hop moves and techniques - such as popping, locking, breaking & grooves while you build rhythm, coordination, and confidence.

Join Liezel Marie from Millennium Dance Complex for a fun introductory Hip Hop dance class. This beginner-level class emphasizes the development of coordination, strength, cardiovascular fitness, and rhythm to successfully grow the performance skills in the popular street dancing trends. Participants are also encouraged to develop individual interpretations and personal style indigenous to this dance form. Wear comfortable clothing and shoes that you can groove in.
