Autumn Equinox Art Therapy Workshop & Soundbath

Join us and our friend, sound healer Kelsey Weiss on 9/13 at our Blue Bell office for an Autumn Equinox workshop to process the transition into the new season. We will start with a meditative sound bath before diving into the creative process and art making, and end with another grounding meditation.

🎨 No previous artistic skill or experience required!

🧘 Please bring a yoga mat or blanket for the meditation- we will have some available, but supply is limited and first come first serve.
