Volunteer Workday on the Carriage Trails

Come join us for some hiking and trail maintenance at Flat Top Manor! We'll be clearing any overhanging stuff on the carriage roads (used by horseback riders and carriages) and fixing any drainage problems we find, mainly on Watkins Road and Black Bottom Roads.

Meet by the carriage barn at the Moses Cone Estate, mile marker 294. The trails are an easy to moderate hike, mostly because of the slope. Everyone's welcome, no experience needed! We'll have all the tools, just bring your own snacks and drinks. 9am-1pm
