TURN UP Dance Fitness with Ambassador Kiana Paulson

Turn Up: a movement to evolve unapologetically, live loudly, dance relentlessly, and OWN our greatness TOGETHER. Turn Up is a dance fitness format that delivers energetic HIIT cardio training by combining dance with traditional fitness movement. You will burn MAJOR calories and sweat while dancing to upbeat top hits of today while following along to hip hop choreography, and turning all the way up with a powerful community!

There are four categories in a Turn Up playlist: Work (HIIT), Shake (Medium Intensity - Dance Focus), Flex (Toning Focus), Slay (Active Recovery). We don't set limits in this class - we challenge ourselves and push PAST them! If you want to forget you're working out while working out, sign up for class!

Mats, towels and equipment provided for in-class use courtesy of lululemon Mall of America. Fully stocked locker rooms with showers available for use during events.

Check-in is open 15 minutes prior to class start time. Studio is located in the back of the store next to our Fuel Space Cafe. Event guests can enjoy 20% of their purchase at Fuel Space Cafe during an event.

Parking: lululemon Mall of America is located near the West Main Mall Entrance on the 1st level. Most convenient parking is in the WEST RAMP between Nordstrom's and Macy's.

Kiana is a Minnesota native, who loves building community through dance fitness. She has been teaching Turn Up dance fitness for 3 years and truly believes it is the best format of dance fitness there is! It’s so fun and inclusive and she can’t wait to share it with anyone who is willing to give it a try. You will be hooked! In her free time, you can find her hitting the gym or trying a new restaurant.
