After drumming in bands like Space Dust, Droughts, and Rust Ring, William Covert set out composing music for synthesizer and drums which he could perform solo. Creating without regard to any genre, "it's not punk music for synthesizer and drums, it's not jazz music for synthesizer and drums, it's just Music for Synthesizer and Drums...fully composed songs as well as quasi-improvised pieces that play off the beauty of imperfections inherent with analog synthesizers and acoustic drums that keeps the music lively, but not sterile. This is weird music made for weird people." William has played in Bloomington numerous times, and this will be his first solo performance here.
