Power, Peace and Thanksgiving Flow

Join us Thanksgiving Day for Power, Peace, and Thanksgiving Flow, a special extended class designed to honor both strength and gratitude on this holiday.

Thursday, November 9:00am - 10:30am

Together, we’ll build gradually toward a moderate intensity flow, exploring a powerful peak before softening into a spacious cool-down that allows body and mind to settle.

We’ll close with a short Thanksgiving meditation, creating space for reflection and appreciation. Practicing on this day is an opportunity to ground ourselves in presence, cultivate balance before the busyness of the season, and connect with community in a meaningful way.

Coming together in practice reminds us that gratitude is not only a personal feeling but also something we share and strengthen when we gather.
