Who is RPAMN?
The Residential Providers Association of Minnesota (RPAMN) is a statewide, grassroots membership organization dedicated to supporting and advocating for residential service providers-particularly those serving vulnerable populations such as individuals
with mental illness, disabilities, or complex medical needs. Our members are on the frontlines of care, operating adult foster homes, customized living facilities, and other community-based residential services. RPAMN equips providers with tools, training, legislative advocacy, and a collective voice to elevate the care sector across
Minnesota.
