We are excited to celebrate our 153rd annual meeting of the Union Free Will Baptist Association and Ministers' Conference. This year's event will be held at the First Free Will Baptist Church of Morrison City in Kingsport, TN, on August 21-22, 2025. We want you to be part of this powerful event.
The 2025 theme is "Field of Dreams: They Won't Come Just Because It's Built" based on Luke 14:23. The schedule includes:
Thursday afternoon Moderator’s Message: “The Spark of the Harvest: A Burden That Moves Us” - Romans 9:1-3 (Pastor Ivan Kennedy)
Thursday evening message: “The Shepherd of the Harvest: A Leader Who Leads the Way” - Matt. 9:35-38 (Rev. David Reese)
Friday afternoon message: “The Strategy of the Harvest: A Mission That Reaches Out” - Luke 14:15-24 (Pastor Chris Castle)
Friday evening ordination message: Pastor Willie Winters
The Ministers' Conference features two seminars "Addressing the Pastoral Shortage" with guest speaker, Dr. Tim York, Moderator of the National Association of Free Will Baptists.
AND ladies, there is a special treat for you! The Union Women Active for Christ is hosting a seminar on Thursday at 3:00 p.m. with guest speaker, Sis. Amy Postlewaite, Free Will Baptist International Missionary wife serving in Bulgaria. The title of the seminar is "Stepping Into Their World: Reaching Women Where They Are." You'll also enjoy a Bulgarian food-tasting and receive a number of giveaways.
