SOURDOUGH MAKING CLASS with Homemade by Heather

Join us on March 10th at 6:30 at Duvall Farms located at 6555 State Route 5&20 Bloomfield where Heather, owner of Homemade by Heather will be here teaching the art of sourdough making, discard recipes and inclusions.

$25 Per Person.

The class will be appx 1.5 hours.

You will take home starter, a loaf to cold proof (in a proofing container) to bake at home and learn the different stages of the dough. We will have delicious samples of sourdough for you to try. You will be educated on what to look for in terms of a perfect loaf. We will have inclusion options to add during class or when you get home and you will learn how to "feed" your starter so you can make loaves every week!

In addition to this amazing class, everyone who attends will be entered to win a handmade gorgeous sourdough bread knife made by HJB Woodworks ($25 Value)

We will have light refreshments.
