Each year, we invite all GCSA members — parents, players, coaches, volunteers, and community supporters — to come together as we recap the 2025 season and start planning for 2026.
During the meeting, we’ll share updates from this past year, discuss what’s ahead, and open the floor for feedback and ideas from our members.
We’ll then move into board member elections — and we need your help!
➡️ We do have some openings currently that we would like to fill. The board must have 5 members to operate and satisfy our bylaws. There may also be ways to help out more as committee style, shorter term project coordinators.
If you care about seeing GCSA continue the positive momentum from 2025, this is your chance to get involved and help shape the future of our program!
After elections, the member meeting will adjourn, and an official GCSA Board Meeting will be called to order. At that time, the new officers will be elected, and we’ll discuss early 2026 planning items such as:
Lawn care and field maintenance
Facility Improvement Priorities
Spring camp dates
Upcoming board meeting schedule
Transition planning for new officers
