Flu Shot Clinic

FLU CLINIC HOURS: 8:00-10:00am & 4:00-7:00pm

Regular seasonal flu shots will be administered by the West Hartford- Bloomfield Health District and are available to JCC and community members age 4 and older.

High dose vaccines (age 65+) will also be offered.

Please reserve your time slot at the Mandell JCC Member Services Center or call 860-236-4571.

INSURANCES ACCEPTED:
Aetna, Anthem Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Cigna, ConnectiCare, Medicare, Medicaid/Husky, United Health/Oxford

WITHOUT INSURANCE:
$50 for trivalent influenza vaccine
$85 for High Dosage vaccine (age 65+)
$20 for Pediatric dose vaccine

Health insurance card and valid ID must be shown before vaccine is administered.
