Cat Yoga

Join us for a cat yoga session on July 15th at 6:30pm! 🧘‍♀️🐈🧘‍🐾 We only have 12 spots, so you must book ahead on our website if you'd like to attend! www.kittscafe.com/reservations

April Showman is a certified yoga teacher/therapist with over 20 years of experience in teaching yoga and a cat Mom to two 15 year old beautiful girls. April will offer us a unique blend of relaxing, yet energizing movements and postures to connect to our bodies and the kitties who we will be sharing space with during our playful practice. Please be mindful that we are practicing Yoga and connecting with cats gently. Please refrain from grabbing at the kitties or forcing them to cuddle you. Please be respectful and kind to yourself and them while we enjoy our time together. This is an all-levels, 5+ yrs age practice. Please bring your own yoga mat.
