You’re invited on a journey of a deeply relaxing sound bath with Vikki PLUS meditation and connection to ancient star family with Matt Bell.
Vikki will take you though a soundscape of ancient harmonic tones with her gongs, crystal singing bowls, Himalayan bowls, chimes, and other grounding low frequency instruments, taking you into lower brainwave states where the body can release tension, regulate the nervous system, and gently recalibrate.
Matt will take you into deep space of meditation and connection to ancient star family
