Join us for an evening of stories, laughter, lessons learned, and some honest talk about what it’s really like to spend four decades in the world of food, hospitality, and small business.
From being one of the first catering students at her local college to managing hotels, launching award-winning businesses, teaching future hospitality stars, and now working with Dorset food producers on food safety – Sue has seen (and heard!) it all.
