6 Week group program for women struggling with PMDD
Meeting virtually Tuesdays at 6-7:30pm EST
First session begins September 29th
Live group sessions via Google Hangouts (recorded for replays if someone misses). You can also join our private group chat through your Practice Better portal for accountability, connecting with other women, and sharing wins. You will also receive PDF handouts and slides for each week's topic.
Program Details:
Week 1: Foundations & Safety
~ Introductions
~ Education on what PMDD is, root causes, and a mineral/nutrient/emotional perspective
~ Set expectations, group agreements (confidentiality, respect, accountability)
Week 2: Hormones & Minerals
~ How estrogen, progesterone, and copper/zinc imbalances affect mood and energy
~ Intro into how minerals are necessary for managing PMDD
~ Practical take-home strategies (nutrition, tracking symptoms, etc)
Week 3: Nervous System & Lifestyle
~ How stress, circadian rhythm, and blood sugar play into PMDD
~ Breathwork/nervous system regulation tools
~ Small group discussion + accountability check-in
Week 4: Nutrition & Root Cause Healing
~ Foods that stabilize vs worsen symptoms
~ Micronutrient support for serotonin, GABA, and histamine regulation
~ Group Q&A and real-life application
Week 5: Emotional Resilience & Mindset
~ Processing the emotional weight of PMDD
~ Tools for journaling, self-advocacy, and reducing shame
~ Group peer support activity
Week 6: Pulling it all Together
~ Review of mineral and lifestyle foundations
~ Creating personalized action steps moving forward
~ Optional: sharing of HTMA insights from group members who added the test
~ Closing circle, reflections, and next steps
Pricing: 6-week program at $65 per session → $390 per client total (pay in full at enrollment or weekly auto-charge)
