REGISTRATION
Everyone will start off on the waitlist. ***Attendees of Camp Academy with We Walk PHL will have first priority**** I will send you the registration link to reserve and pay for the event. After I receive confirmation that you have registered and paid, I will update your status to "Going". To be fair to others that are interested, you will have 48 hours from when I send the link to complete the purchase. If you miss this deadline, I will move on to others on the waitlist.
When your payment is confirmed, your RSVP will be set as going.**********
THE CAMPOUT IS NON-Refundable unless canceled by organizers. You certainly can use the waiting list to find a replacement if you are unable to attend however, that is not guaranteed.
RSVP GUIDELINE: Only RSVP if you intend to make the campout a priority, not just an option. Specifically, it is not fair to take a confirmed spot, then cancel less than 48 hours in advance, limiting other campers in “waitlist” status the potential to participate. We assess late cancellations and no shows in determining participation for future events. Thanks so much in advance for your consideration as this helps me manage and know who is participating.
SOCIALIZING: It is beneficial to chat and make connections with new people and mingle amongst ourselves. We appreciate great attitudes.
ACTIVITY WAIVER Everyone needs to read Philly Gear Library’s waiver before the event. Before we start this event, you must sign our participant check-in sheet attesting you read and understand the waiver.
This event is in collaboration with Healing Through the Land, Philly Gear Library, and Families in Nature.
