Longboards Bar & Grill is pleased to present an exclusive multi-course dining experience on November 23, 2025, celebrating the refined interplay between exceptional beef preparations and a curated range of craft beers.
This special event features a meticulously designed menu by Chef Jacob Disney, whose culinary expertise brings depth, balance, and sophistication to each course. Guiding the beer component of the evening is Nicole Sanchez, a Certified Beer Server through the Cicerone Certification Program, whose knowledge ensures each pairing enhances and elevates the flavors on the plate. From Saisons to Stouts, guests will explore a full spectrum of beer styles selected to complement the progression of dishes.
The menu begins with an elegant Whipped Chevre Mushroom Tartlet, followed by a sequence of distinguished beef offerings including Top Sirloin Beef Tartare, Petite Steak Frites, Bone-in Braised Short Rib, and an herb-crusted Prime Rib. The experience concludes with a decadent Chocolate Ganache Cheesecake, thoughtfully matched to its final beer accompaniment.
