🐴 Beyond the Click! R+ Equine Camp Scotland🐴
Come along and join us at Equine Unlimited for something new and different! We're a group of Scotland based positive reinforcement trainers who are running an equine focussed camp with R+ coaching for groundwork, cooperative care, horse agility and ridden skills: bring your own horse, work with one of the resident equines or just watch and learn! There will be talks (surprise guest speakers!), hands on training and a range of activities including clicker training games and a fun equine pub quiz. If you enjoy camping, you can join us and bring your tent, although accommodation is also available locally in the Dunkeld area.
It will be a one and a half day camp: arrive in time for a 1pm start on Friday. Allow extra time if you're bringing your horse, so they can get settled and feel at home. Costs will be : (1) Spectator £140 *includes campsite pitch*, (2) Bring your own horse(s) £260 *incudes corral for your horse(s) and a campsite pitch for you*, (3) Work with an Equine Unlimited equine for groundwork £280 *includes campsite pitch*, and (4) Work with an Equine Unlimited equine in ridden sessions £300 *includes a campsite pitch*.
Tea/coffee and snacks will be available during training times, but please bring along food for Friday evening/Saturday breakfast and Saturday lunch. If you're bringing horses, please bring any feeds necessary - it's always better for your horse if they don't have any changes in feed including introducing new hay, but if you do have specific feed requirements for your horse, chat with Karen before booking to make sure this can be accommodated.
Please note that Equine Unlimited is an off grid property, so if you're camping you will have access to running water and toilet facilities, but there's no electricity hook ups, showers or refrigeration.
