Twilight Sunflower Workshop

Our recent sunflower workshop went so well, we've decided to do another one. So why not join us for this lovely twilight workshop at the beautiful Buttercup Studio on Pencoed Fach Farm Blackwood NP12 0BQ on Wednesday 13th August, 6pm - 8pm .
A gentle, soul-soothing two-hour workshop combining relaxing breathwork in the sunflower field (weather permitting) , a guided meditation, and a peaceful, mindful walk. You'll also be picking your own sunflowers to create something beautiful to take home, in a floral workshop. Light refreshments will be served in our cozy countryside setting.
