A gentle, soul-soothing two-hour workshop combining relaxing breathwork, a guided meditation, and a short mindful walk (weather permitting). Then let your creativity flow in a floral workshop, where you'll create something beautiful to take home. Light refreshments will be served in our cozy countryside setting.
