7:30PM Yoga W/Tabbi - Blackwood NJ 💜

Join our dynamic yoga class, where tradition meets modern techniques. Whether you're a seasoned yogi or new to the mat, this class offers a welcoming space to strengthen your body, calm your mind, and nourish your spirit. Breathe, flow, and grow with us.
-We are focusing on the lower half of the body.

-💚 Beginner friendly
-💜It's not too difficult, but it does require some effort.

Please note that the floor will open 10 minutes before class begins. We strongly encourage everyone to aim to arrive on time. While arriving late may be acceptable with proper communication, we will start the opening stretch 5 minutes after the scheduled class start time.

-Dates will be released - Experience the magic of sound bowl healing with Rebecca from Mending Zenful Minds as she graces us with her presence and talent to help us end our yoga session with the release we need.
