Switch Off & Groove is a dance class held in complete darkness. Each hour-long session invites participants to move and groove freely to an upbeat compilation of songs. With no instructor, no choreography and no expectations, Switch Off & Groove is a space where we switch off the lights, switch off our minds and just dance!

Under 18s must be accompanied by an adult.
