Vision Board Workshop

Support your physical and mental well-being in the new year by visualizing positive change in a fun and creative way. Enjoy a welcoming space to connect with others, share common goals and interests, and build motivation together. Through guided reflection and creative expression, participants strengthen mindset, purpose, and whole-self wellness in a supportive community setting.

This is a free Healthy Aging Program for YMCA members and the community. Registration is required as space is limited.
