Special Guest Evelyn Dubon at Arise!

About our special guest:
Evelyn Dubon has been active in some form of dance ministry and
worship dance for the last twenty years. She began dancing at her local church’s dance ministry, which included theatrical performances as well as outreaches in her church and community. She has been trained in lyrical, with an emphasis on ballet, and later pursued hip-hop and modern. Besides modern, she has taught all of these styles over the years to students from three to 60 years old.

Her passion now is leading others in finding their own expression of dance in worship; deepening their connection with the Lord through movement. Whether someone has been dancing for decades or has no experience at all, Evelyn loves helping people open up to new, challenging, and life-giving areas of movement.

When not dancing, Evelyn is usually messing with new creations in the kitchen, sewing, reading, spending time with her husband and adorable toddler, or just enjoying some quiet time alone outside.
