Farm to Table Experience at the Wild Barrel & Belli Beef Farm

On Sunday May 11th, we’re teaming up with legendary chef Matt Golinski and the amazing crew at Belli Beef for a one-of-a-kind beer & food experience on Belli Beef and Wild Barrel’s home ground (that’s right, we’re opening the farm doors!) - as part of the GourMay Mary Valley Festival.

You'll experience a roving gourmet feast with food and beer pairings including:

🍺 Barrel-aged beers – aged to perfection in french and Hungarian oak wine barrels with all organic ingredients.

🥩 Locally raised, grass-fed Belli Beef – the kind of beef that’s all about quality, care & deep flavour.

👨‍🍳 Dishes crafted by Matt Golinski – pairing Sunshine Coast’s best ingredients with the best of the best chefs in town.

- A relaxed farm setting overlooking acres of lush farmland.
- Live music to keep the vibes mellow
- Fun lawn games for all to enjoy.
- Insights into regenerative farming & sustainability from Farm owners and Belli Beef Founders Scott & Adele Frew.
