As summer gently exhales and the earth tilts toward balance, we invite you to join us for a soul-soothing afternoon of gentle sound meditation, soothing touch, and seasonal stillness.
✨Nestled in the peaceful setting of EkoJoe Gardens marquee, this session blends immersive sound healing with (optional) gentle head massage —designed to help you soften, settle, and reconnect.
The autumn equinox is a sacred pause: a moment when day and night meet as equals. It’s a time to reflect, restore, and realign with your own inner harmony. There's no better way to drop into the stillness equinox brings than with sacred sound meditation and ceremony. In the heart of nature's quiet transformation, we invite you to come and get quiet with us at this very special Soundbath & Spa to ground, reflect and receive.
The session begins with a gentle guided meditation, as we drop into a moment of stillness and balance between light and dark. Around us, the trees are changing colour reminding us of the impermanence and beauty of the changing seasons.
As the soundbath with Kay unfolds, Whitney will offer a soothing reiki-infused head massage as you rest - her calming touch delicately layering relaxation and release with the immersive soundscape, inviting a deep peace.

Please note - there is no parking at EkoJoe, just off Mill Lane (LE8 4FG) and parking is discouraged on Mill Lane itself. Please park in Blaby and enjoy a short walk to the gardens. EkoJoe recommend using the car parks at The Manor or The Bakers Arms nearby.
