My sound bath features a guided meditation followed by an hour of relaxing to the sounds and vibrations of various instruments and nature sounds, including singing bowls, drums and gongs.
Because the gongs in particular are very powerful healing tools, general consensus is they should probably be avoided by those with epilepsy, tinnitus, surgical implants, pace makers, and in first stage pregnancy
