✨ A Sound Journey for Deep Relaxation with Grounded Sound 🌟💫
Join me, Kay of Grounded Sound, for an evening where pure sound and soulful voice transport you to deep tranquillity.
At the heart of this experience is my voice, intuitively woven into each soundscape to guide you effortlessly into relaxation. No distractions, no unnecessary frills—just the power of sound and intention.
I’ll take you on a sonic journey with crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, gongs, chimes, drum, and most loved of all—my hand pan. Its hypnotic, flowing melodies create a gentle wave-like rhythm that wraps you in comfort and calm.
✨ No experience necessary, these sessions are so easy—just bring blankets, settle in, and let the sounds carry you.
💜 What makes this session special:
- A short guided meditation to ease into stillness
- A carefully curated soundscape, blending my voice and the deep resonance of the hand pan and other beautiful sounds
- Layers of sound designed for release, healing, and peace
- Grounding chocolate to gently bring you back after the journey
- An optional oracle card draw for personal reflection
🕒 Time: Doors open at 7:30 PM for a prompt start at 7:45 PM Finishes around 9:15 PM (Late arrivals cannot be admitted due to the immersive nature of the event.)

💫 Spaces are limited—these gatherings are held on the first Sunday of each month and often fill up fast!
🌿 Comfort is key—bring:
- A yoga mat (if you have one)
- A pillow and plenty of blankets or a duvet to create a snug nest on the floor
- Warm, comfy clothes and fluffy socks
- A water bottle to stay hydrated
- A hot water bottle in colder months for extra cosiness
🚗 Parking: There is limited parking outside the hut and on-street nearby. If needed, additional parking is available at Countesthorpe Health Centre (2 mins walk away). (Note: Parking here is limited to 2 hours, which should still be sufficient for the session if you don’t arrive too early)
⚠️ Health Considerations:
This sound event is not recommended for pacemakers, sound-induced epilepsy, schizophrenia, severe tinnitus, or other sound-sensitive health concerns. If you are pregnant, please inform me, as extra care is needed in the 1st and 3rd trimester.
